At WooddenCraft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or discounted items

Refunds:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
