Standard delivery in the UK typically takes 10–14 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the UK. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at wooddencraft@gmail.com.

4. How do I return an item?

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
To initiate a return, email wooddencraft@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Can I get a refund?

Yes! Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact wooddencraft@gmail.com immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. How do I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package until it arrives.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?
